The Copper Bar offers full-scale catering services for a wide variety of events, including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduations, holiday parties, corporate and private parties, charity fundraisers, and other special events.
For onsite reservations at The Copper Bar or offsite service at other locations, The Copper Bar is fully equipped for all of your customized catering needs. In addition to pre-scheduled events, The Copper Bar offers daily carryout and
pickup orders during normal business hours.
The Copper Bar can provide complete food and beverage services for your event. Upon request, The Copper Bar can provide a listing of recommended meal combinations, as well as listing of ala carte options for customized event
needs. The Copper Bar provides full beverage services including non-alcoholic drinks, liquor, beer, wine and serving staff.
A guaranteed quantity order is required at least 2 days prior to the event date. All charges will be based on actual attendance if the number served is greater than the guaranteed number. To ensure availability for all desired
items, catering menus need to be finalized 7 days prior to the event date.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the event cost is required at the time of event booking, with the deposit credited against the final event bill. Deposits are fully refundable if The Copper Bar is unable to fulfil the advance
event requirements.
The full net payment is payable prior to conclusion of the event. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A gratuity charge of 18% will be included with the event billing if
serving staff is provided for the event.
